We’re seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our technology team and help drive transformation.

As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our business transformation initiatives by analysing current processes, gathering detailed requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver future-state solutions. You’ll act as the bridge between business needs and technical teams—ensuring our systems and processes work seamlessly to deliver outstanding customer and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and elicit business requirements through workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, and workflow analysis.
• Develop detailed business requirements documents to capture current and future business needs.
• Perform impact assessments to facilitate gap and future state analysis for people, processes, and systems.
• Analyse process, data, and documentation to extract business-relevant conclusions and inform decision-making.
• Design, create, and update business process maps, ensuring alignment with agreed frameworks
• Collaborate with senior management, subject matter experts, and architects to ensure project alignment with business objectives.

Key Capabilities

• Experience as a Business Analyst in a retail environment
• Strong understanding of retail concepts and systems such as POS, Merchandising, Supply Chain and eCommerce platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for driving change and delivering value.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
