The Workforce Management Coordinator will be the first point of contact for all Workforce Management (Dayforce) support queries, helping our retail teams operate smoothly through accurate rostering, reporting, compliance support and system administration. You will play a critical role in ensuring our Dayforce platform supports the operational needs of store and support teams, while also driving continuous improvement across workforce management processes. Working closely with stakeholders across Retail Operations, Payroll, Finance, IT and People teams, you will help deliver efficient, compliant and user-friendly workforce management practices across the business.
How You Will Contribute
Act as the primary support contact for Dayforce related queries via inbox, Workvivo and direct requests
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues relating to rostering, timesheets, leave, access and profile management
Support system maintenance, configuration updates and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Manage Dayforce user profiles, permissions and access governance processes
Identify recurring issues, risks and opportunities for process improvements
Maintain and optimise standard and automated Dayforce reporting suites
Prepare ad hoc reports and workforce insights to support operational decision-making
Monitor compliance with rostering and workforce management practices
Partner with retail stakeholders to identify trends, risks and efficiency opportunities
Support initiatives that improve productivity, compliance and labour optimisation outcomes
Assist in creating and maintaining system documentation, user guides and process materials
Support training delivery for retail and regional management teams
Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to encourage best-practice system usage
Identify knowledge gaps and recommend training improvements to reduce recurring support queries.
Capabilities We Value
Previous experience within a retail or store environment
Exposure to workforce management, HRIS or scheduling systems
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Confidence working collaboratively across People, Payroll, Finance, IT and Retail Operations teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain systems and processes clearly to non-technical users
A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency, accuracy and user experience.
