At Country Road Group, we are shaping the future of retail through connected customer experiences, digital innovation and a portfolio of iconic brands. We are seeking a commercially driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team and lead the performance of a core paid digital channel.

This opportunity is suited to a digitally savvy marketer who thrives in hands on campaign management, performance optimisation and commercially driven decision making. You will lead end to end execution across Paid Social, Paid Search or Programmatic, using testing, insights and continuous optimisation to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition and channel performance.

Partnering closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you will contribute to channel strategy, oversee significant media investment and provide performance insights that help shape broader marketing and trading outcomes.

How You Will Contribute

  • Own the performance of a core paid digital channel, managing budgets, forecasting and delivery against revenue and efficiency targets
  • Build, launch and optimise campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search or Programmatic platforms
  • Drive continuous performance improvement through testing, optimisation and data led decision making
  • Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations that influence marketing and trading outcomes
  • Manage platform governance including tracking, audience management and campaign hygiene
  • Partner cross functionally with Creative, Analytics, Digital and Trading teams to deliver commercially aligned campaigns
  • Identify emerging platform opportunities, trends and innovations to evolve channel performance
  • Contribute to team capability by sharing best practice and mentoring others across digital marketing disciplines

Capabilities We Value

  • Extensive hands on experience in digital marketing with expertise across Paid Social, Paid Search or Programmatic within a retail or omni-channel environment
  • Proven success managing media budgets and delivering strong ROAS, CPA and growth outcomes through optimisation and testing
  • Advanced capability across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360 and GA4, with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Understanding of attribution, audience segmentation and first party data activation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
