We’re looking for two Strategic Sourcing Partners to join the team and play a key role in shaping how we source, partner, and scale across our global supplier network.
These are exciting opportunities to step into highly strategic, commercially focused roles that directly influence cost, quality, speed, sustainability, and innovation across the business.
Partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you’ll design and deliver a forward-looking sourcing strategy that strengthens our global supplier network and supports our growth ambitions. You’ll lead the evolution of our sourcing model, driving supplier diversification, improving resilience, and unlocking value through stronger partnerships and smarter ways of working.
Working alongside senior leadership, you’ll help build a resilient, agile, and high-performing supplier ecosystem, leveraging market intelligence, advanced analytics, and strong supplier partnerships to create long-term value and enable operational excellence across the supply chain.
How You Will Contribute
Designing and optimising our global supplier network to support growth and resilience
Building strong, strategic supplier partnerships that drive innovation and performance
Leading sourcing activity end-to-end, from RFPs through to negotiation and delivery
Using data, cost models, and market insights to inform smarter decisions
Embedding responsible sourcing practices aligned to our ESG commitments
Capabilities We Value
Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain within global, ideally retail, complex environments
Experience in non-apparel sectors, including manufacturing or technical environments
Strong commercial and analytical capability, including supplier negotiation, cost modelling, and data-driven decision making
Experience managing multi-region supplier networks and driving optimisation outcomes
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insight into execution
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
Resilient, adaptable, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
