As a Concession Manager for Mimco, you will inspire, lead, and coach a high-performing team within a David Jones concession site to deliver exceptional customer experiences, optimise profitability, and maintain a safe, high functioning work place.
Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
Attract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your concession store and the Group
Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play
Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and concession partners, floor managers
Role model Country Road Group (CRG) cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
A genuine desire to be part of the Country Road Group and alignment with our cultural attributes
Demonstrates a passion for fashion with a professional personal presentation
Strong leadership skills in delivering an exceptional customer and team experience
Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters
Experience managing the performance, productivity, training and development of a team
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
