Working across the business, you will play a vital role in shaping how we operate, grow, and innovate, bringing our strategy to life.

We’re looking for a CRO Specialist to help shape and scale our experimentation capability, driving meaningful improvements across Country Road’s digital customer experience. Sitting at the intersection of eCommerce, Digital Product and Marketing, you’ll translate customer behaviour into actionable insights while executing experiments, analysing performance, and optimising our web and app experiences. You’ll play a key role in embedding best-practice experimentation and building a strong test-and-learn culture that delivers measurable uplift in conversion, revenue and customer experience

How You Will Contribute

  • Execute A/B and multivariate tests across web and mobile
  • Analyse performance across the full funnel (PLP → PDP → Cart → Checkout)
  • Identify friction points and optimisation opportunities
  • Translate data into clear, commercially relevant insights
  • Influence trade decisions including promotions, messaging and UX improvements
  • Partner with Product, Marketing and eCommerce teams to bring experiments to life
  • Support and evolve our CRO reporting and experimentation capability

Capabilities We Value

  • Experience in CRO, Digital Analytics or eCommerce optimisation in a retail or multi brand environment
  • Proven impact on conversion and revenue through testing and insights
  • Experience with tools like Optimizely, VWO or Adobe Target
  • Strong analytics capability (GA4, Adobe Analytics)
  • Familiarity with behavioural tools (Hotjar, Contentsquare, FullStory)
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce funnels and customer behaviour
