As a Store Manager for Witchery, you will do more than lead a store, you will bring the Witchery brand to life. How You Will Contribute  

• Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience 

• Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities 

• Attract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group 

• Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing 

• Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play 

• Role model Country Road Group (CRG) cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
