Step into a day in the life of a Buyers Assistant at Country Road where product, planning and collaboration come together to bring each collection to life.

From analysing sales and tracking orders to coordinating samples and supporting range development, you will help turn ideas into commercially successful product. Working closely with Buying, Design and suppliers, you will play a key role in delivering the right product at the right time.

How you will contribute

• Provide analytical and administrative support to the Buyer, ensuring efficient operations
• Manage and analyse data using Microsoft Excel and Qlick
• Assist in preparing weekly trade reporting ensuring all documents are completed, and samples prepared ready for buyer prior to the trade review
• Coordinate Monthly product documents, ensuring on time and accurate input
• Assist buyer in preparation for Range review & Sign off meetings
• Assist in cross functional alignment, supporting Marketing, VM, Ecom and Retail teams with product and range information as needed. 

Capabilities we value 

• Experience in Retail or Customer Service
• Relevant Tertiary education (fashion, marketing, business, commerce) is desirable but not essential
• Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to develop strong relationships across the business
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skill in Outlook, Work, Excel, Powerpoint
• Strong planning and time management
• Strong customer focus with a professional approach
• Demonstrated ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
• Working well within a team.
