We’re looking for a Marketing & Campaign Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract to lead the delivery of integrated campaigns that bring our brand to life across every touchpoint at Country Road. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of 360° campaigns across content, digital, CRM, social, retail, PR, influencer and activations.
This role blends creativity with data led insight to drive brand growth, customer engagement and measurable business outcomes, while leading and developing a high-performing team.
NB: This role will commence in early June 2026.
How You Will Contribute
Lead the development of annual marketing plans, campaign calendars and budgets in partnership with the Head of Marketing
Own end-to-end delivery of integrated 360° campaigns across all channels
Collaborate closely with Creative, Customer Insights and Product teams to ensure campaigns align with brand vision and commercial priorities
Manage and mentor a team across PR & Influencer, Events, Retail & Wholesale Marketing, Social and Digital
Partner with external media agencies to optimise media strategy and investment
Oversee the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across teams and responsiveness to trade activity
Manage the marketing budget, including forecasting, month-end processes and ongoing optimisation
Establish clear campaign objectives and deliver reporting that drives actionable insights and continuous improvement
Lead competitive analysis and embed an innovation mindset within the team
Facilitate key marketing forums, ensuring alignment, clarity and momentum across stakeholders
Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that supports growth, accountability and collaboration
Capabilities We Value
Experience in Marketing leadership role, ideally across multiple categories within retail or fashion
Proven experience delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing and optimising budgets
A data-led mindset with the ability to translate insights into impactful campaigns
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative approach, with the ability to influence and partner across diverse teams
Strong leadership capability, with a passion for developing and growing talent
