At Country Road Group, our Supply Chain team plays a critical role in enabling our House of Brands to deliver seamless experiences across store and online channels.

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Systems Lead to support the systems that power our Omni Fulfilment Centre (OFC) in Truganina and broader distribution network. Acting as the key link between warehouse operations and IT, you’ll ensure systems run reliably while identifying opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and capability.

This is a hands-on role focused on onsite systems support, troubleshooting operational issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to supply chain technology projects.

How You Will Contribute

• Provide onsite IT and systems support across the distribution network.
• Troubleshoot system, software and hardware issues impacting warehouse operations.
• Act as the liaison between operations, internal IT teams and external vendors.
• Identify and implement system and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Develop reporting and insights to support data-driven operational decisions.
• Support system upgrades, testing and supply chain technology projects.

Capabilities We Value

• Experience in IT systems support within warehouse, logistics or supply chain environments.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (Manhattan preferred) and operational workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to collaborate with operational and technical teams to deliver practical solutions.
