We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to sit at the heart of our Marketing Operations (M’Ops) function — a critical role that ensures our marketing ecosystem runs seamlessly across brands, channels, and partners. You’ll bring structure to creativity, data to decision-making, and alignment to action — enabling our marketing teams to deliver smarter, faster, and at scale.

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll orchestrate processes across planning, budgeting, optimisation, and campaign response, ensuring marketing activity is both efficient and strategically aligned with CRG’s business priorities. Acting as a key connector between brand teams, central functions, and external partners, you’ll help drive data-led marketing performance across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate across digital marketing streams — media, CRM, loyalty, social, and partnerships — to ensure unified delivery.
  • Align budgeting, optimisation, and campaign response processes across brand and central teams.
  • Manage partnerships including BNPL providers, media vendors, and MarTech platforms.
  • Ensure partner initiatives are integrated into CRG’s broader marketing strategy.
  • Identify and standardise frameworks to improve marketing efficiency.
  • Lead workflow automation, technology adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate marketing budgets across central and brand teams, ensuring spend efficiency.
  • Deliver reporting and dashboards to track performance and optimisation opportunities.
  • Define and manage group-wide marketing measurement frameworks
  • Standardise KPIs, dashboards, and reporting processes across brands.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing processes, tools, and best practice.

Key Capabilities

  • Experience in a marketing operations, or a related role, with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Proven experience in managing CRM, loyalty programmes, and large-scale marketing campaigns across multiple channels and brands.
  • Strong background in marketing technology (MarTech) platforms, automation tools, and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Experience working within a Centre of Excellence (CoE) model or in an operational role supporting multiple brands or business units.
  • A track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders and collaborating across customer, digital, and technology teams to align product strategy with business objectives.
  • Experience managing external agencies and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes in line with performance expectations and product vision.
