Purpose

We have an exciting opportunity for a graphic designer to join the Witchery for a 8 month fixed term contract.

The role of the Graphic Designer is responsible for the successful development and end to end execution of graphic design across Marketing, Digital and Visual Merchandising channels. This role encompasses the conceptualizing and finishing of all digital and web communications, signage, packaging, and all other assets

Key Accountabilities

• Work alongside key stakeholders such as Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Planning, Retail Operations, Group Customer & Digital.
• Conceptualize, design and execute creative communications across digital and print
• Design assets for social channels such as Instagram, Facebook and related performance marketing channels
• Develop print collateral for VM and retail, including decals and in-store signage
• Provide graphic support for internal communications, including presentations and templates
• Research and develop new ideas for visual design, typography, layouts, animated and motion graphics. 
• Oversee weekly creative workflow management, maintain accuracy of marketing calendar.

Key Capabilities

• Previous experience in a graphic design role, within fashion/ creative industry preferable
• High level of understanding of responsive design across multiple devices
• Intermediate experience of graphic design applications such as Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and Figma
• Well-developed time management skills and ability to prioritize
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Maintain accuracy and a high level of attention to detail.
