An exciting opportunity has become available for a Marketplace Operations Coordinator to support the growth and day-to-day operations of Country Road Group's Marketplace across our portfolio of iconic brands. 

Reporting to the Marketplace Manager, you will play a key role in supporting seller onboarding, maintaining catalogue quality, monitoring marketplace performance, ensuring a seamless experience for both sellers and customers. 

How You Will Contribute 

  • Support seller onboarding and integration activities, ensuring product data, imagery, pricing and inventory meet CRG standards. 

  • Monitor marketplace performance, including service levels, order fulfilment, shipping compliance and returns. 

  • Maintain catalogue quality by auditing product listings and resolving content issues. 

  • Prepare marketplace reporting and assist with trade and performance analysis. 

  • Act as an operational point of contact for sellers, providing support and guidance on best practice. 

  • Partner with eCommerce, Technology and Logistics teams to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement. 

Capabilities We Value 

  • Experience in eCommerce, digital retail or marketplace operations. 

  • Experience working with marketplace or dropship models including seller onboarding, fulfilment models, and operational dependencies that impact sales and customer experience. 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. 

  • Analytical mindset with confidence working with data and reporting. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Proactive, organised and passionate about delivering great customer experiences
